Welcome to zuxakii. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our virtual reality entertainment services and facilities. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Booking and Payment
All bookings must be made through our official booking channels. Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. We reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings subject to availability and operational requirements.
2. Age Restrictions
Participants must meet the minimum age requirement of 12 years for most experiences, unless otherwise specified. Those under 18 must have consent from a legal guardian. We reserve the right to request valid ID upon arrival.
3. Health and Safety
Your health and safety are our priority. Please inform our staff of any medical conditions, including epilepsy, heart conditions, or pregnancy, that may affect your participation. Use of our VR equipment is at your own risk.
4. Conduct and Behaviour
We expect all guests to behave respectfully towards staff, other customers, and equipment. Aggressive, abusive, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal without refund.
5. Liability
zuxakii is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property sustained while using our services, except where directly caused by our negligence. Participants use the facility at their own risk.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the booking time for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee or no refund, depending on the circumstances.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, including VR experiences, graphics, and software, is proprietary to zuxakii or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express consent.
8. Privacy
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data necessary to provide and improve our services.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
